About the role
We are a pool cleaning company based in Plano, Texas, established in 1987. We are both state and federally insured and carry worker's compensation. Our General Manager, Danny Fort, has been with the company for 27 years and we have several long-term career-oriented employees.
Responsibilities
- Full-time work year-round, with increased workload in fall and spring.
- Pay by the job, with a starting salary of $48K and potential for higher earnings.
- No weekend work.
- Full health insurance coverage including dental, vision, and long-term disability.
- 10 days of paid vacation annually, including a week off during Christmas.
- All necessary tools, supplies, chemicals, and equipment provided.
- Reliable truck required for work.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Self-motivated and interested in long-term employment.
- No part-time positions available.
Qualifications
While experience is not necessary, applicants should be able to perform the essential functions of the job safely and effectively.
