Essential Job Functions

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
• Prepare for and attend auditions and casting sessions.
• Get ready for performances by rehearsing and exercising.
• Attend all meetings, rehearsals, and clean-ups requested and required.
• Execute choreographed routines and new routines as instructed.
• Adapt and adjust to different situations on stage.
• Show stage presence by performing, sharing talent, and reflecting enjoyment on stage.
• Able to adjust position changes nightly.
• Care for costumes and equipment.
• Prepare skirts and accessories needed.
• Be dressed and ready in entrances before cues.
• Perform minor repairs on show costumes nightly.
• Return and put away costumes to respective areas.
• Clean assigned areas thoroughly.
• Communicate with supervisor verbally and through written communication.

Essential Skills

• Minimum age to work around machinery and in an establishment that serves liquor.
• Fluency in English both verbally and written.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
• Follow directions thoroughly.
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Adept at understanding guest’s service needs.
• Clear thinker who can remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment.
• Prioritize well, show energy, react to opportunities, and instill urgency in others.
• Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the department; willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions/Job Environment

• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
• Work under variable temperature conditions (or extreme heat or cold).
• Work outdoors/indoors.
• Perform walking, standing, kneeling, bending, pulling, and pushing.
