Polybag Table Lead 1st Shift

This role supports the production line and will follow productions needs. Please be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure PIT Operators prioritize orders being loaded to stations based off schedule and priority list.
• Ensure Packaging Associates prioritize orders being packed based off schedule and priority list.
• Bunt work orders to appropriate workstation, so finished product can be stocked.
• Move damaged or leftover parts to appropriate damaged and/or RTS locations, both physically and in the system.
• Collaborate with the inventory department for shortages or any other inventory issues.
• Ensure work orders and production sheets are complete and filled out correctly.
• Hold daily team meeting to communicate daily goals and calendars.
• Assist packaging associates with issues that impact assigned area, including set‑up.
• Execute daily 5S activities to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner that reflects the principles of Team Ship.
• Escalate any issues that impact our operation to the Team Lead.
• Support EMS activities by completing additional tasks assigned to you by your Team Lead.
• Perform all work, tasks, projects, or duties assigned to you by your Team Lead and/or Supervisor in a timely manner
