Responsibilities
- Learn how to lead a crew and run a jobsite
- Install PolyLevel and repair concrete
- Operate tools and equipment
- Travel to different jobs and tackle new challenges
- Help create a great experience for every customer
- Develop the skills needed to lead your own crew
Requirements
- Construction experience preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable and coachable
- Comfortable with physical labor
- Wants more responsibility

- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable with daily travel and occasional overnight stays
