Polling Manager

About the role

The BlueLabs Polling Team specializes in survey data collection to provide strategic advice to our clients. We work closely with client teams and data scientists to design and implement survey programs that power our analysis and messaging recommendations. Our focus is on understanding what motivates people to vote, buy a product, hold an opinion, and whether campaigns are successful.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with client teams and data scientists to design and implement survey programs
• Provide strategic advice to clients based on survey data analysis
• Understand and interpret survey results to inform campaign strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
• Source and manage data to support survey programs
• Drive progress every day in a fast-paced, impact-oriented environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as public policy, political science, sociology, or related field
• Experience in survey design and implementation
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience working with public sector clients
• Knowledge of political polling and voter behavior
