Political Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain advertising schedules, revisions, and campaign-related data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Process campaign orders, rate information, and supporting documentation.
- Cook up daily operational activities with internal teams and external media partners.
- Maintain tracking reports, campaign records, and budget-related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and business partners regarding campaign status and fulfillment.
- Support reporting requirements and administrative functions tied to advertising operations.
- Utilize internal systems and technology platforms to manage workflow and campaign activity.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and maintain operational efficiency.
- Contribute to a professional, team-focused environment while supporting high-volume workloads.
Requirements
- Experience working in a professional, deadline-driven environment preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new software platforms and proprietary systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
- Able to prioritize multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to work additional hours during peak business periods as needed.
Qualifications
- Political campaigns, advocacy organizations, public affairs, or government internship experience.
- Media, advertising, communications, or marketing environments.
- Analytical, technical, data-focused, or technology-related backgrounds.
- Hospitality, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environments.

Pay
Initial pay rate is $18.40/hour. Compensation increases to $20.00/hour after completion of 400 worked hours.
Schedule
Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Overtime may be required during peak business periods.
