• $1,000 sign‑on bonus

Responsibilities

• Perform basic polishing operations such as blasting, deburring, and buffing

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years experience in a manufacturing environment

Skills

• Ability to read, interpret, and understand blueprints
• Work with small precision parts to very close tolerances
• Use basic inspection tools and techniques
• Follow verbal or written instructions
• Good understanding of shop math
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Equipment Used

• Polishing jacks
• Polishing wheels and belts
• Blasters

Physical Requirements

• Light work: exert up to 20 lb occasionally, up to 30 lb frequently, and lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects
• Sitting for 8+ hours per day
