Location: Whitesboro, NY (Onsite)
Responsibilities
- Operate high‑speed grinding wheels, bobs, and emery belts to perform final polish operations on parts.
- Operate automatic polishing robot.
- Remove stock from parts to maintain proper visual appearance, contour, dimension, and end match.
- Change and dress wheels, belts, and bobs as required.
- Interpret and polish to qualify parts based on Cordax reports.
- Read and interpret process sheets and polish to quality, guillotine, and dimensional requirements.
- Polish all required gauges and process sheets.
- Follow all safety and health policies, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to remain focused on tasks throughout scheduled hours.
- Self‑motivated and dependable worker.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior polishing experience.
- Experience in a relevant field (preferred but not required).
Working Conditions
- Mobility required in a manufacturing plant environment while using PPE.
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Schedule
- B Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm (training completed on A Shift).
- A Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
