Headquartered in New York with offices worldwide, we are now seeking a Polish Linguistic Lead Tester to join our team in Austin, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of the linguistic team, including reviews of copy and providing feedback to testers;
- Communicating feedback received from clients;
- Supporting testers in understanding corrections resulting from the arbitration process;
- Acting as a liaison for terminology, style issues, product features, and answering questions;
- Supporting the onboarding of new testers;
- Identifying linguistic-specific training needs for the language and creating, maintaining, and delivering the linguistic training program;
- Quality management planning and execution;
- Client engagement;
- Linguistic assets management.
Requirements
- Onsite in our offices in Austin, TX;
- W-2 (eligible for benefits based on hours worked);
- Monday-Friday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break, 35 hours per week).
