Polish Language Data Annotation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking professionally fluent Polish speakers to support the development and evaluation of multilingual AI technologies. In this role, you will review, interpret, and annotate language data while helping improve the quality and performance of advanced language and speech systems. This is a contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ, but fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and annotate language and text-based data.
• Interpret written and spoken language while maintaining cultural and linguistic accuracy.
• Assess content for quality, relevance, and adherence to project guidelines.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses and language outputs.
• Support multilingual language and speech-related initiatives through data labeling and analysis.
• Identify linguistic patterns, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
• Perform annotation tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Professional-level proficiency in Polish, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong understanding of regional dialects, colloquialisms, slang, and cultural nuances associated with the language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret language according to defined guidelines and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in data annotation, data labeling, content review, localization, translation, transcription, linguistics, language analysis, or related fields.
• Familiarity with AI tools, large language models, or generative AI technologies.
• Previous experience evaluating language or speech data.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job‑related factors.
