micro1 is engaging Polish Bilingual Experts as remote contractors to contribute to an impactful language and AI training project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by evaluating Polish audio and providing detailed linguistic feedback.

Your work will shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. This opportunity focuses on evaluating Polish audio for nativeness, fluency, pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity while providing clear and detailed feedback. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Responsibilities

• Listen to audio clips in Polish and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established project guidelines.
• Document assessments with clear and concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency in results.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content.
• Contribute linguistic insights to help improve AI model performance in Polish language understanding and generation.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned audio review tasks while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Polish, with a strong command of both spoken and written language.
• Minimum B2-level proficiency in English, particularly for written and verbal communication.
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music or audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate nuanced language differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is considered an asset.
