Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Utilize multiple systems and resources to accurately rate and issue new and renewal business within company standards.
- Complete non-renewals based on Underwriter instructions.
- Organize and maintain policy-related information within the ImageRight system.
- Serve as backup support to other Policy Service Technicians to maintain departmental service standards.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams across the organization to enhance service delivery.
- Absorb and process incoming calls and emails from clients and colleagues.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma required; college coursework in business, finance, or insurance-related fields preferred.
- Property & Casualty license preferred or obtain one within six (6) months of employment.
- At least 12 months of commercial lines rating experience or equivalent experience with an insurance carrier.
- Proficiency in Commercial Lines Insurance
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, analytical, and mathematical skills.
- Practical verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in an office setting, including prolonged sitting and computer use.
- Clear verbal communication skills for interacting with team members, brokers, and customers.
