Job Summary
The Policy Compliance Specialist is responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with security, confidentiality, storage, and retrieval requirements of the Tulalip Tribe’s proprietary information.
- Aiding and training employees from all Tulalip Tribes' Governmental Departments.
- Uploading and exporting documents, software cleanup of users, department titles, and job titles of user profiles in support of the Tulalip Tribes organization.
- Reporting project feedback to continuously improve Policy/SOP projects and uphold high standards.
Compensation
$27.62 Minimum
Required Education
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Associate Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum Related Experience
- Two (2) years of experience working in an office environment.
- Two (2) years of experience in customer service.
- Two (2) years of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
- One (1) year of Records and Information Management (RIM) experience utilizing MUNIS and DMS platforms to implement standardized procedures, ensure accurate document formatting, design workflows, maintain templates, and manage user access and credentials.
- One (1) year of experience in public speaking and training individuals in one-on-one, group, and supervisory/management settings.
Required Licenses/Certifications/Prerequisites
- WA State Driver License. (Personal Auto Insurance)
- Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulations (Abstract Required)
