Policy Analyst - TS/SCI required

About the role

Parsons is looking for a Policy Analyst with a TS/SCI clearance to join our Federal Solutions team. This segment delivers resources to US government customers, ensuring mission success in defense, security, intelligence, infrastructure, and environmental sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide office staff with expert advice and assistance on strategic planning, policy, and business analysis to establish office structures and create documentation.
• Research, evaluate, and determine the impact of changes to mission needs or organizational practices, updating technical security policies and recommending countermeasures for evolving technologies.
• Conduct comprehensive data gathering and analysis to identify problems, opportunities, or support policy recommendations.
• Produce high-quality deliverables, draw conclusions, and communicate findings and implications.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to coordinate responses, provide technical guidance, and interpret countermeasures-related policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree related to the function or equivalent experience meeting job guidelines.
• Minimum of 2+ years of related professional experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance (required).

Pay

Salary Range: $74,800.00 - $130,900.00
