• Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet the needs of government agencies, private businesses, and educational institutions.
• Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the security and integrity of the platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the platform through data analysis and research of usage trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT support.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with web development frameworks and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with databases and database management systems.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
