The Boulder County Housing Department has an opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk (Accounting Clerk III).

Examples of Duties

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable processing for eight entities and nine checking accounts
• Processing bi-monthly Housing Choice Voucher Payments
• Preparing monthly journal entries
• Reconciling bank and general ledger accounts
• Reconciling subsidiary ledgers for inventory/fixed assets and related depreciation
• Processing weekly accounts payable batches in Oracle Financials for the Housing Department and Longs Peak Energy Conservation
• Serving as the Housing Department procurement card liaison
• Performing other duties as required

Required Qualifications

• Requires a high School diploma or equivalent and four years of clerical accounting experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Job offer is contingent on passing a background investigation.
