Police Officer – Future Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Write well-written, detailed reports.
• Perform annual Firearms Qualifications.
• Respond to Resistance and Aggression according to OPOTC continuum of force.
• Locate health system sites by address immediately.
• Handle multiple tasks or situations as they arise.
• Maintain high visibility throughout the Hospital to prevent crime and demonstrate a high level of security.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend at a high school level.
• Valid Ohio Driver License.
• Ohio Peace Officers Training Program Certificate and current Firearms Qualification.
• Physically able to intercept and detain individuals of all sizes.
• Effectively communicate in all types of situations.
• Operate a computer and other office equipment.
• Maintain current CPR certification throughout employment.
