POLICE DISPATCHER

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming emergency calls and dispatch appropriate resources
• Provide initial guidance and support to callers during emergencies
• Coordinate with other departments and agencies as needed
• Ensure timely and accurate information dissemination

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Previous experience in emergency services or customer service preferred
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
