About the Role

Cavender Auto Country-Polaris, a Cavender Auto Family dealership, is seeking a talented Polaris Sales Consultant to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs and lead them through the sales process, including Polaris powersports selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used Polaris products.
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions.
• Present customer deal structure and additional finance products.
• Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Complete all ongoing training modules to stay updated on new Polaris products, features, and accessories.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Arrange for delivery and registration of Polaris vehicles.
• Engage in business development by contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.

Requirements

• Powersports Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
