Cavender Auto Country‑Polaris, a member of the Cavender Auto Family, is seeking a Polaris Sales Consultant to join our growing team and help “Make Confidence Happen” every day.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs and lead them through the sales process, including Polaris powersports selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork.
• Perform high‑quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used Polaris products.
• Use the customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions.
• Present customer deal structures and additional finance products.
• Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Complete all ongoing training modules to stay current on new Polaris products, features, accessories, etc.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Arrange for delivery and registration of Polaris vehicles.
• Engage in business development by contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.

Requirements

• Powersports sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• No prior experience required if you bring a positive attitude.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated record of positive customer service results with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to submit to and successfully complete a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, background check, and pre‑employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED required.
