About the role
Polar Ridge Senior Living is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their growing team. Located in North St Paul, MN, they offer Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Achieve independence for residents while treating each one with respect and dignity.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Aid in medication administration as directed.
Requirements
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

Pay
- HHA wage: $17-$22 per hour.
- CNA wage: $19-$24 per hour.
- Shift differential: $1 PM, $2 Overnight.
Schedule
- Part time, pms, including e/o weekend shifts available.
