- Oversee all action within the poker room and promptly report any irregular or suspicious play to Poker Management.
- Assist guests in playing, ensuring their adherence to all established rules, policies, and procedures for fair play.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing services when necessary, maintaining precise counts and payouts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and procedures and report any potential safety hazards to the Table Games Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience dealing cards in a professional casino poker environment is mandatory.
- Successful completion of training in the CNE Gaming Academy is required.
- Proven ability to lead, guide, and supervise the work of other employees effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to provide and maintain a high standard of guest service at all times.
- Ability to maintain a close, professional working relationship with co-workers and management.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
