Poker Dealer (Located in Manteca, in Northern, CA)

About the role

To help aid in the creation of a new casino culture, Parkwest Casino is hiring card dealers who will deal cards and create an exciting experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Control the table games without making more than 2 mistakes for any table game in a 3 month period.
• Maintain an appropriate number of hands per down, while staying within 5% of the mean hands per down for each table game offered.
• Provide excellent guest service and teamwork with teammates.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Open availability.
• MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD!!!
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background, and credit check.
• Physical and mental qualifications: able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, walk, stand, sit, bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day, perform repetitive hand actions, and be exposed to excessive noise.

Qualifications

Dealing knowledge is a plus, but what is most important is a commitment to improving your dealing skills.

Skills

Attention to detail and excellent guest service are crucial.
