Poker Dealer
Responsibilities
- Create an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness toward Guests, make eye contact and greet Guests by first name, if known, upon arriving to the table and thank the Guest for playing when they leave the table.
- Knowledge in all aspects of the games dealt.
- Compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, Colorado Gaming Regulations, and Internal controls
- Ensure appropriate game protection.
- Ensure appropriate game pace for all players.
- Ensure payouts are made quickly and accurately.
- Fill and credit tables by verification of cheques.
- Open and close tables by verification of all cheque inventory
Requirements
- Strong problem solving, mediation, coaching, and consulting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable of applicable state gaming laws and regulations
- Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with guests.
- Hightly organized and detail-oriented
- Completion of Dealers School or six months experience as a dealer.
- Able to communicate effectively with supervisors and peers alike.
- Excellent Team Member and customer relations skills.
- Strong math skills.
- Able to work any shift or hours.
- Able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
