This is a contract role requiring 24 hours per week, worked as three 8-hour shifts on variable weekdays. Your preferred days will be considered, but flexibility is required to meet business deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and label clinical data to ensure alignment and agreement.
• Assist with subject matter expert (SME) evaluation of annotations and evaluate model results.
• Perform complex human-data intensive tasks to ensure timely and correct results.
• Provide PointClickCare subject matter expertise, such as workflows, as a clinician who has documented in the EHR.
• Help resolve disputes and discrepancies among clinical SMEs regarding clinically labeled data.
• Interact with research staff, product teams, and other stakeholders to support requirement discovery and educate technical and non-technical audiences about complex clinical aspects of AI solutions.
• Advocate for the quality and clinical accuracy of AI solutions by collaborating with technical teams, including senior model development researchers, Product Leaders, and AI UXR/UXD researchers.

Requirements

• RN or NP Degree and valid current license.
• 7+ years of Nursing experience, with preference for LTPAC and management experience.
• Healthcare informatics knowledge or equivalent technical skills/background.
• A strong understanding of common AI phenomena such as hallucinations, omissions, and terminology like LLM, NLP, and ML.
• Experience and familiarity with using PointClickCare products.
• Experience with data labeling software.
• Ability to perform extensive data manipulation tasks on a computer for extended periods.
• Understanding of statistical measures to drive interannotator agreement.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly master new software, concepts, technologies, and systems.
• Ability to review nuanced clinical concepts and differentiate them into categories.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and drive consensus among SMEs of varying specialties and expertise levels.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay

This contract role offers an hourly rate of $54.09 - $60.10 USD. You will receive an additional 4% per hour in lieu of benefits or paid time off.

Schedule

24 hours per week, worked as three 8-hour shifts on variable weekdays. Flexibility may be required to meet business deadlines.
