Point of Sale Clerk - Midday/Evening Shift

Intermountain Farmers Association, a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals for the Midday/Evening Shift Point of Sale Clerk position at the IFA Country Store in Provo, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Handle all procedures relating to money, invoicing, and cash register operation
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service
• Accept payments, calculate discounts, and apply percentages using a cash register
• Maintain a clean working area
• Assist in stocking shelves and support retail and warehouse personnel
• Perform merchandising tasks as needed

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
• Able to stand for the entire shift
• Work closely with co-workers in a team environment
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to follow directions
• Honest, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic
• Available Monday through Saturday, with willingness to work overtime if needed

Agricultural background and prior experience are very helpful.
