Responsibilities
- Design and develop pneumatic systems and products by studying customer requirements, researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
- Assure system and product quality by designing testing methods, testing finished products and system capabilities.
- Prepare product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintain product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
- Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services, following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures, requesting special services as needed.
- Maintain system and product database by writing computer programs and entering data.
- Complete projects by training and guiding technicians.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Develop assembly drawings and bill of materials using CAD and SolidWorks.
- Monitor and control gas flow and pressure within pneumatic systems.
- Work closely with the semiconductor team to ensure optimal performance of pneumatic systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in SolidWorks, Zuken E3, SAP, ECTR, and CAD software.
- Extensive knowledge of pneumatic systems, fluid dynamics, gas flow, and pressure control.
- Familiarity with semiconductor technology and Semispec.
- Strong understanding of assembly drawings and bill of materials.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
$90,000 - $110,000 per year
