PNC Bank is opening a modern retail branch in The Village at Ownsby Farms—a 3,156-square-foot standalone facility featuring the bank’s latest design, combining a full-service lobby with drive-thru banking capabilities. Strategically located along Preston Road, the branch captures daily commuter traffic and serves the growing residential density in South Celina.

The Village at Ownsby Farms is a 40-acre destination retail district at the southwest corner of Preston Road and Ownsby Parkway, serving as the western bookend to South Celina’s major commercial node. While the eastern side (The Crossing at Moore Farm) focuses on home improvement and fitness, The Village is anchored by high-volume destination retail, including Celina’s first Costco Wholesale. The district follows a “power center” layout, with large-format anchors in the rear and a dense lineup of premium fast-casual dining on the pad sites.
