About the role
This role partners with IPMO and client leadership to improve governance practices, enhance planning consistency, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support the GBS Integrated PMO governance model and decision-making processes
- Contribute to standardized planning and estimation approaches
- Build and maintain templates and guidance for program teams
- Capture and translate lessons learned into actionable improvements
- Analyze program inputs to identify risks, dependencies, and themes
- Provide clear insights and reporting to leadership
Requirements
- 5–8 years of PMO, program governance, or transformation experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and operate in global, matrixed environments
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience with program management and governance frameworks
