PMO Manager – Energy & Power, Jacobs (This role can be in any of their Jacobs offices in the NorthEast US.)

Technical/Functional Responsibilities

• Organizes data, graphs and other material in a logical format and executes reporting as needed on a regular interval
• Compares data to established norms to verify consistent updates and validity to baseline data
• Reviews published reports, materials and recommends revisions or changes in data, format, or content
• Performs data analysis and organizes data for ease of viewing via software tools
• Fulfills quality and continuous improvement principles in executing projects, programs and portfolios
• Gathers all data and processes to guide training materials and learning opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with strong emphasis on communication, business, finance or accounting preferred, others considered
• 5-7 years’ experience as a business or financial analyst with demonstrated work products
• Ability to work in teams and actively participate in making decisions and show problem-solving capabilities
• Capable of analyzing complex issues and evaluating alternatives to achieve quality solutions
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are critical
• Strong detail orientation and problem solving skills
• Must have the ability to contribute in a team environment and work across multiple departments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting, accounting concepts, and auditing and reconciling multiple invoices and multiple budgets
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Proven ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

• Review team deliverables and coordinate feedback from stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings and produce/distribute meeting documents
• Contribute toward improving methods and practices

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $134,500.00 to $176,625.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schedule

We are a fast moving program and work varied hours. Candidates must be able to accommodate schedule changes and work as needed to complete work.
