Technical/Functional Responsibilities
- Organizes data, graphs and other material in a logical format and executes reporting as needed on a regular interval
- Compares data to established norms to verify consistent updates and validity to baseline data
- Reviews published reports, materials and recommends revisions or changes in data, format, or content
- Performs data analysis and organizes data for ease of viewing via software tools
- Fulfills quality and continuous improvement principles in executing projects, programs and portfolios
- Gathers all data and processes to guide training materials and learning opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with strong emphasis on communication, business, finance or accounting preferred, others considered
- 5-7 years’ experience as a business or financial analyst with demonstrated work products
- Ability to work in teams and actively participate in making decisions and show problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are critical
- Strong detail orientation and problem solving skills
- Ability to contribute in a team environment and work across multiple departments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting, accounting concepts, and auditing and reconciling multiple invoices and multiple budgets
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Review team deliverables and coordinate feedback from stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings and produce/distribute meeting documents
- Contribute toward improving methods and practices
Requirements
- Ideally, you'll have MBA Quality experience
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $134,500.00 to $176,625.00.
