Key Responsibilities of the PMO Lead
- Establish and operationalize a centralized program office, including tools, templates, and processes that support consistent project execution
- Oversee governance activities such as meeting coordination, reporting development, and action tracking to ensure program transparency
- Integrate multiple project plans into a unified program view while monitoring dependencies, risks, and overall progress
- Provide leadership with clear insights through reporting, analysis, and status updates that support informed decision making
- Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and leadership to drive accountability and timely delivery of commitments
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience within a program management office, including experience building or enhancing PMO structures across multiple initiatives
- Background supporting finance or financial planning and analysis programs, with exposure to transformation efforts preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities with experience engaging stakeholders at various levels of an organization
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and follow through on deliverables
Qualifications
A degree in a related field is preferred, with equivalent professional experience considered.
