About the role

The practice is seeking two Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide outpatient psychiatric care primarily via telehealth, with a required one‑day‑per‑week in‑person shift at the Phoenix clinic (the day can be any day of the week and additional in‑person days are optional). The position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week and can be part‑time or full‑time, with the choice of W2 or 1099 employment. The role emphasizes clinician ownership, a supportive team environment, a dedicated virtual assistant, a customized EMR, weekly paid continuing education and peer connection, and flexible scheduling.
