PMC: Sales Operations Coordinator

About the role

Penske Media Corporation (PMC), a leading global media and information services company, is hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the Sales Operations Senior Manager by reviewing and qualifying all advertising insertion orders for its media properties. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, an excellent multi‑tasker, able to work independently, and detail‑oriented with unfailing accuracy. A general knowledge of business concepts and workflows is essential. This position requires strong interpersonal communications skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at various levels of the organization. It is ideal for someone getting their feet wet in the media industry or returning to the workforce. As PMC values in‑person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite four days a week and one day remotely, focusing on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Review all insertion orders in CRM system for accuracy
• Support business unit(s) in all CRM requests
• Run multiple weekly training sessions for different user types
• Day to day departmental clerical tasks
• Assist in month-end close, including communications and reporting

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a business office
• High proficiency with MS Office, Excel
• Ability to analyze large sets of data and to proactively identify issues and make recommendations
• Ability to function efficiently in an environment with multiple and shifting priorities
• Experience in print and digital media industry a plus
• Experience with Salesforce a plus

Pay

A good faith estimate of the salary is $26.45 per hour. Actual salary may be determined by specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to current employees in this role.
