Role Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager to support a portfolio of Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This role will act as the central driver and coordinator of projects, ensuring forward momentum and cross-functional alignment. The position involves partnering with Product and Technology leadership to ensure initiatives align with business objectives and overseeing projects across multiple product lines, including access management, privileged access management, cryptography services, and directory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and oversee a portfolio of IAM initiatives across multiple product lines.
- Establish and manage project priorities across a large portfolio of planned work.
- Facilitate roadmap discussions and portfolio planning activities.
- Review project charters to ensure completeness, accuracy, and readiness.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and overall health.
- Ensure projects follow established governance processes and standards.
- Work with EPMO and Center of Enablement teams to maintain compliance with organizational project practices.
- Identify and manage relationships with key business and technical stakeholders, driving communication and alignment.
- Coordinate communications related to pilots, including expectations, participant communications, and success criteria.
- Provide regular project status updates and executive-level communications.
- Partner with Product Managers and Technical Leads to identify resource needs and remove blockers.
- Support enterprise IAM modernization efforts and upcoming initiatives focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Agentic Identity.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Portfolio Management.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across teams.
- Experience with project governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IAM or AI initiatives is preferred.
- Exposure to AI, Identity Security, and Agentic AI initiatives.
- Background in Identity Access Management.
