PM Shift Resident Assistant (PCA/CNA) - On the Bus Route & No Mandating!

About the role

Keystone Bluffs is an Assisted Living facility in Duluth, MN, offering 80 single-level apartments. We focus on person-centered care and creating joyful experiences for our residents. We offer flexible scheduling, overtime pay after 8 hours, and shift differentials for evening and night shifts. Opportunities for advancement are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care following the resident’s care plan.
• Perform delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain residents' physical and emotional well-being.
• Accurately document information.
• Communicate with RNs and LPNs regarding resident-related information.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience is not required.
• Must thrive in a teamwork setting.
• All applicants must be 18 years or older (exceptions for licensed CNAs under 18).

Pay

Based on experience, licensure, and shift differentials. The pay range shown includes shift differentials.

Schedule

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Rotating weekends
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Block scheduling for predictable shifts
