Duties and Responsibilities

• Learn most types of production duties within a given department
• Work in teams on a production line
• Trim fish
• Operate machinery

Requirements

• Valid ID
• Ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to work with others to achieve production goals
• Able to arrive on time to start the workday
• Able to work through the night

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
• Work up to a 10-hour workday: standing/walking most of the day
• Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
• Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
• Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
• Exposure to temperatures:
• Exposure to wet and dry conditions
• Able to work Monday-Friday, weekends when needed
• Able to use tools and equipment, including knives

Schedule

• Works a 3rd shift, starting in the early afternoon and working through the evening; may work past midnight (until production end)
