PM Leader - Tech 3

About the role

The Line PM Leader implements, maintains, and improves Maintenance Work Planning & Scheduling, Breakdown Elimination, and Defect Handling systems within their area.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance work to reduce breakdowns and improve equipment reliability.
• Review notifications promptly, manage work order backlog, and ensure 90% planned maintenance.
• Lead failure analysis, develop improvement plans, and standardize corrective actions to prevent repeat failures.
• Track and report key maintenance indicators, using results to guide continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop annual maintenance plans and update technical documentation.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, ensure change management compliance, and coach team members on IWS methodologies.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, failure analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to lead teams, analyze failures, develop action plans, and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with maintenance systems, technical documentation, and IWS tools is essential.
