Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and program management activities from initiation through delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, communications, and overall governance.
• Develop project charters, establish project plans, and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Cook up cross-functional teams including software engineering, product management, and business partners.
• Track project progress, monitor milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate decision-making and ensure timely resolution of project issues and roadblocks.
• Utilize Azure DevOps, Confluence, and other project management tools to manage reporting, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Lead discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders while providing clear project updates and executive-level presentations.
• Support organizational change efforts and drive adoption of new processes and solutions.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity and business impact.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of direct IT Project/Program Management experience.
• Proven experience leading projects from inception through implementation.
• Experience managing software development projects in Agile environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional and matrixed teams.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Experience with strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and organizational change management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Change Management Certification.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
• Experience working within large enterprise organizations.
• Experience supporting eCommerce or customer-facing digital platforms.
• Power BI experience.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and technologies.
