Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide high-quality, trauma-sensitive, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care to those in crisis. As part of our team, you will be responsible for offering direct or indirect nursing services, including:

  • Conducting nursing assessments and evaluations
  • Creating and executing individualized care plans
  • Providing health education and case management
  • Administering prescribed medications and treatments
  • Ensuring the effective delivery of crisis services in alignment with state laws
  • If applicable, primarily Intake/Admissions with a high possibility of getting floated to the units.

Qualifications

  • Level III: Bachelor’s in Nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or Registered Nurse License recognized by the eNLC and one year of professional nursing experience
  • Level II: Bachelor’s in Nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or Registered Nurse License recognized by the eNLC OR Associate in Nursing and one year of professional nursing experience
  • Level I: Associate in Nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or Registered Nurse License recognized by the eNLC

Special Requirements

  • Upon a conditional offer of employment, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and able to push and pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.
  • Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.

Pay

  • 12 hour shift available (6:30pm- 7:00am)
  • Annual Salary Options: Level III: $76,500/$36.78 hourly, Level II: $72,500/$34.86 hourly, Level I: $70,000/$33.65 hourly
  • PLUS Stacking Shift Differentials: $3.00 for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Total Compensation Package: $71,000-$91,000, depending on number of covered dependents
  • Includes up to 7% 401k match, 15 days annual leave AND 15 days sick leave per year, and a great benefits allowance that allows you to choose excellent state benefits at little to no cost!

Schedule

  • Primary Working Hours are: 6:30p -7:00a (Friday, Sat, Sun)
  • Non-Exempt - OT Available!
  • Full-time
