Job Description

Glimpse of your role: Manage all phases of industrial, mission critical, and/or commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Cookordination procurement and delivery of necessary materials and resources.
Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure quality control.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
• Strong project experience on commercial, industrial, and mission critical perferred.
• Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
• Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPM (Certified Project Manager) certification preferred.
