PM Food Runner - Marriott Nashville Airport

About the Role

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Food Runner to join our team at the Marriott Nashville Airport. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, working with a great team, and bringing a positive attitude to every shift, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
• Monitors food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared, nicely presented, and/or the buffet is appealing
• Checks station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Abides by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
• Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedure
• Totals checks, presents to guests, and accepts payment
• Assists with bussing tables
• Performs various other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of High School education (post-high school education preferred)
• Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel/restaurant serving role

• Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, etc.

Pay

Compensation Range: $18 per hour
