PM Banquet Event Server, On-Call

About the Role

Grand Hyatt Vail is seeking event servers to provide food and drink service at hotel banquet functions. Event servers ensure function spaces are visually appealing and present the menu offerings, including linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service. Additional duties include general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and drink service at hotel banquet functions
• Set up and design function spaces, including linens, table settings, and food stations
• Present menu offerings for events
• Perform general banquet preparation and room refreshes
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight

Pay

$11.79/hour, plus service charges.
