What You Drive
- Team members use a variety of tools and equipment to assemble products in the manufacturing and repair of electrical components.
- Starting pay of $18.40/hr. up to top pay of $25.97/hr.* Quarterly gainsharing bonus potential additional shift differential for off-shifts

Minimum Requirements
- Education: High school diploma/GED
- Years of Experience: 0
- Other Qualifications: Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences. Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions and diagrams, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Box and label product according to standards. The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects in close working proximity. The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
