PLUS Technician – Behavioral Health (TMS & Ketamine Services)

About the role

As a PLUS Technician at All Points North Lodge, you will support clients in various therapeutic modalities including Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Your primary responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Support clients before, during, and after TMS, ketamine, and hyperbaric sessions.
• Operate treatment equipment according to protocol, under licensed supervision (training provided).
• Take and record vital signs and brief assessments.
• Document sessions in the electronic health record (training provided).
• Build supportive, professional relationships with clients in residential and outpatient programs.
• Keep treatment spaces organized, stocked, and running smoothly.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license.
• Reliability, sound judgment, and care for people working through mental health and substance use challenges.
• Strong attention to detail, especially for vital signs, documentation, and safety checks.
• A warm, personable presence to put clients at ease and build trust.
• Comfort learning new technology and clinical equipment.
• Full-time availability and daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• No prior TMS, ketamine, or hyperbaric experience required.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy.
