Plumbing Superintendent - Commercial

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the technical performance of mechanics and inspire them to take pride in their work.
• Ensure proper procedures are followed by all staff and materials are at the job site before scheduling labor.
• Evaluate the quality of work at each phase of construction and assist with complex project installation challenges.
• Communicate challenges or delays to the division manager/builders and be responsible for the project's profitability and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience
• Experience managing tradesmen and mechanics subcontractors
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Leadership ability

Schedule

This full-time site superintendent position typically works Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Overtime can be expected during peak periods.
