Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crews, including foremen, journeymen, and apprentices across plumbing scopes.
- Cook up daily activities with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain efficient workflow.
- Plan, sequence, and schedule work to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Interpret and enforce project drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Conduct jobsite inspections to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.
- Maintain accurate field documentation, including timecards, daily reports, and material tracking.
- Oversee material deliveries, inventory, and equipment needs to support uninterrupted field operations.
- Provide hands-on leadership, training, and mentorship to field personnel.
- Resolve field issues, RFIs, and unforeseen conflicts quickly and effectively.
- Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing construction.
- Prior supervisory or foreman-level experience required.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices.
- Able to read and interpret complex construction drawings and project documents.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and field management platforms such as Procore or PlanGrid.
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License (state-specific).
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
