Plumbing Service Technician

About the role

As a Plumbing Service Technician at Dave Jones, LLC, you will deliver exceptional plumbing services to our clients, tackling a variety of plumbing repair, installation, and maintenance tasks. Your ability to diagnose problems accurately and provide efficient solutions will be critical for ensuring the satisfaction and safety of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems and fixtures
• Install plumbing systems and components according to specifications and plumbing codes
• Respond to service calls and complete jobs efficiently and professionally
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers regarding services rendered and any additional recommendations
• Keep accurate records of service performed and recommendations
• Comply with safety standards and regulations while executing plumbing services
• Exemplify and promote the Dave Jones culture and hold team members accountable to all Dave Jones safety requirements

Requirements

• Valid Plumbing License or Certification
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing service work
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes and practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift above 50lbs regularly
• Physical ability to walk, lift, twist, climb ladders, and perform other physical tasks for 90% of your day

Pay

Hourly wage is set between $48.00 and $60.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• On-call availability for emergency service calls
• Year-round work
