Summary
The job applicant will need to diagnose and resolve various plumbing issues, including faucets, water spots, water heaters, sump pumps, and drain clogs. They must be capable of both repairs and installations, particularly with tank-less water heaters.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential properties
- Install and replace plumbing fixtures and systems
- Use drain machines to clear clogs of various sizes
- Communicate directly with customers during service calls
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in plumbing installation and/or service
- Knowledge of tank-less water heaters is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
