Responsibilities
- Perform drain and sewer evaluations and educate customers on findings
- Recommend repair, replacement, and maintenance solutions based on customer needs
- Identify and present additional plumbing service and upgrade opportunities when appropriate
- Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and communication
- Consistently meet performance and sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Represent Frank Gay Services with professionalism and integrity
